Is it possible to set a security feature that will prevent staff from seeing any time slips other than their own. Set the login to only allow them to enter in a time slip into timeslips anywhere and can only see their time.

The rate screen on a client does not force a rate level (like it does in Premium). And, no matter what changes I try, I can't seem to get the default rate for a timekeeper and client combo to change to something else.
