make the log out time much more. i have to log in every time i enter a slip it feels like. Like some baking websites, you can choose a longer time so your phone doesnt go dark. when we are active we should be able to not be logged out.
Agree. The log out time needs to be extended.
It's terrible to have the timer running, working with a client using another monitor from the one that has the slip with the timer running, then finding that you're logged out when you get back to close out the call. Sometimes the timer stays running if you save the slip first, but other times, it stops the timer. It's terrible. We need either user-definable timeout settings, or we need the timout much longer than it is, in my opinion.
