Client page - Please stop going back to page 1

Staff is finding it frustrating that when they are working on a client that starts with an "R", as soon as they leave that client's profile, the program takes them all the way back to page 1 / the A's. There is also no easy way to view all clients or search. We have to go through 20 pages to find clients that start with the letter R, etc.
