It is important to our firm that we close our client matters once completed. Mostly to avoid timekeepers billing to the wrong client matters. It helps the billing process run cleaner and smoother when we can close out clients and move them to the closed section. We had this option on Timeslips Premium
Close Clients and Reopen Clients are now located on the Login menu. Click your initials in the top right corner to access these commands. Also, using the security system, you control which logins have access to these commands.
